NOTAM Captain does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. We do not require account registration, sign-in, or any identifying information to use the app.
All NOTAM (Notice to Airmen) data displayed in the app is fetched from publicly available sources, including the FAA NOTAM Management System (NMS). This is public aviation safety information - not personal data.
We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or any third-party tracking services. No usage data is collected or shared.
The app caches NOTAM data locally on your device for performance and offline use. No data is sent to our servers beyond what is needed to fetch the latest NOTAMs.
The app communicates with FAA public APIs to retrieve NOTAM information. These services have their own privacy policies which are outside our control.
NOTAM Captain is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
